Minimum Fees Increase

To our past and future guests,

We would like to inform you of an upcoming change to our minimum booking fees at Hibburt Park, which will take effect for any new bookings*, starting April 1 2025. After careful consideration and review with our management team, we have made the difficult decision to adjust our minimum fees for bookings.

Peak Season (October to March): The minimum booking fee per night will increase from $250 to $500.

Off-Peak Season (April to September): The minimum booking fee per night will increase from $250 to $350.

For the past five years, we have been operating Hibburt Park at a loss in order to keep fees affordable for our guests. Unfortunately, this approach is no longer sustainable, and with increasing demand for bookings, it has become necessary to adjust our fees to maintain the quality of services and facilities at Hibburt Park. 

We understand this will most greatly affect those groups who often have smaller numbers, which is why we have opted to have an off-peak season fee, so that Hibburt Park can still be an affordable option for smaller groups.
