Time slots will be made available on October 1st. This is on a 'first in, first served' basis. You must pay your $40 booking deposit to SYC Trust within 48 hours, or your booking will be made available for others.

There is a limit of 7 people for each session, on this occasion we are not accepting bookings for groups exceeding this number, due to time constraints.

If the weather is forecast for extreme wind or torrential rain we have postponement dates set for the following weekend on November 1 and November 2. You will be notified the night before your scheduled time if we plan to shift your booking. If this is the case, your booking will remain on the same day (Saturday or Sunday) and at the same time. If you are unable to attend the postponement date, your deposit is eligible for refund.

In the event of both weekends having bad weather, this event will be cancelled and you will be entitled to a full refund.

Sorry, no! As Peony Haven is a working farm with other animals on-site, we ask that you do not bring your pets with you.

Yes, parking will be available on-site and there will be signs and people directing you to the peony field.

A non-refundable booking deposit of $40 must be made to secure your booking. You will be sent an invoice from SYC Trust, for the full cost, within 24 hours of submitting your booking request.

You have 48 hours from the time the invoice is sent to pay your deposit. Clients may pay the invoice in full if they wish.

Any remaining payment can be made prior to your booking or after.

No images will be delivered until full payment has been made.

Every session will receive 8 of the best images in digital format, as selected by the photographer. There are no printed photos included in this event. You will be sent a link to access your images no later than December 1. The photographer will contact you if there is any predicted delay.

Yes, this can be requested prior to your booking or after it, until the date of your photo delivery. Extra images are $10 each.

Depending on availability we may be able to offer you other times with 24 hours notice, but we cannot guarantee this. If you have paid in full and notify the photographer that you can no longer make your time at least 2 hours prior to your booking, you will be offered a full refund (minus your booking deposit).

No shows with no communication will not be offered any refund.
